Jeanette has been able to get the care she needs, despite her pre-exisitng condition through a PCIP plan. And in 2014 it gets better, insurers will no longer be able to deny anyone for pre-existing conditions.

Elizabeth in Washington DC is saying #ThanksObamacare for protecting her health and choices as a woman. Pregnancy is not a pre-existing condition.

Ellen is saying #thanksobamacare because her stepson was able to get the surgery he needed by being covered on their insurance. This saved their family from paying completely  out of pocket for and expensive surgery.

Frances in Texas is saying #ThanksObamacare because the pre-existing condition coverage helped her son receive a transplant and give him a great future.

Terri in Florida is saying #ThanksObamacare for letting her daughter stay covered on her insurance.  That coverage helped her daughter fight a rare disease and go on to soon become and elementary school teacher.
